CarDynamics

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Data controller

The controller for the data collected through this site is made up of Andrea Pollini and Lorenzo Pollini, private individuals, who run CarDynamics as a personal editorial project (there is no company or VAT-registered entity behind the site).

For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, you can write to info@car-dynamics.com.

2. Data collected through the Contact form

When you fill in the form on the Contact page, you voluntarily provide us with your name, email address and the text of your message. This data is used solely to reply to you and is not used for any other purpose, nor shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

The notification email is sent through Resend, a third-party transactional email service: your form data therefore also passes through this provider's servers, acting as a data processor on our behalf.

We keep the content of messages for as long as necessary to handle your request, unless you ask for earlier deletion or unless the law requires a longer retention period.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by voluntarily filling in and submitting the form.

3. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work (login to the editorial area, theme and language preferences). There are no profiling cookies or third-party tracking scripts (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar). See the Cookie Policy for the full list.

4. Navigation data collected automatically

As with any website, during normal browsing the computer systems and software used to run the site acquire some data (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited) whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This data is collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and diagnostic purposes, and is not cross-referenced by us with other information nor used to identify you.

5. Data sharing and transfer

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed by the technical providers we use to run the site (hosting on Vercel, email delivery via Resend, image storage on Cloudflare), acting as data processors, limited to what is necessary to provide the service.

6. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing at any time (Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679). You can exercise these rights by writing to info@car-dynamics.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.

7. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated over time, for example following changes to the site or to applicable law. We invite you to check it periodically; the last update date is shown at the top of the page.
